February 14th · Love Unconditional Challenge

Two more baby boys have been added to my family, and my heart is so full. Watching them explore the world together—one a little braver, the other a little more cautious—has been unexpectedly grounding for me.

Watching them tumble around the floor — wrestling, biting, kicking, stepping on each other's faces — and then suddenly hugging, loving, defending one another — does something to me.

They fight.
They love.
They guard each other.

At night, they curl up together to keep each other warm. One watches the other's back. Sometimes they fight over food. Other times, one waits patiently while the other eats first. Some days they're feral. Some days they're polite. All days, they're bonded.

Brothers.

And I keep thinking, thank God I didn't separate them.
They only make sense together.

For about a month now, I'd already been thinking about piano keys and the game of Othello. And now I know why.

Watching them play reminds me of piano keys — ebony and ivory — opposites that only make sense together. They also remind me of the game of Othello (Reversi): black and white pieces constantly flipping each other over, not to destroy, but to transform the board. To transform the green board. Kind of like us needing to transform this green earth.

One move can change everything.
One choice can shift the whole field.

And that's not just for them.
That's the exact energy we're in right now as humanity.

I don't engage in politics — not because I'm ignorant, but because in this season, ignorance is bliss for me. It keeps me safe in love. And love is the only thing that carried me through the last few raw years of my life.

While the world may be enraged.
While the headlines are heartbreaking.
While ministers preach about end times and Revelation speaks of fire — what about the people whose lives have already burned?

My world went up in flames back in April of 2020.

So the outrage cycles and fear theater don't land the same for me. And while my heart breaks for victims everywhere, I also know that endlessly repeating pain doesn't always bring healing.

So if we're all going to burn anyway — maybe we light a bonfire.
B-O-N-F-I-R-E.
Let's bond at the bonfire.
Play good music.
Tell the truth while we're here.

I survived by leaning utterly into love.
Not comfort.
Not bypassing.
Love as a discipline.

I was taught to name my higher power as God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I was taught to believe in Jesus Christ, and I believe all things are possible through Him, because He is the one who strengthens me.

And while I say that with conviction, I also believe that religion, when held too tightly, can become restrictive — while spirituality, when rooted in love, can stretch beyond structure and still honor God.

Right now, while religion tries to gather the troops, I feel called to say something simple and radical:

I am the church.

Because wherever you are — that's the church for whoever is next to you.

Jesus wasn't only with the chosen. He was in the fields, the streets, the mess. We don't get to outsource love to buildings or titles. We decide, moment by moment, whether we embody God, Christ-like consciousness, love — or the latter.

Love doesn't mean the absence of tension.
It means choosing connection through it.

And if you made it this far…
you must be my people.
I say that in love.

In beauty and belief — exemplifying love, until next time,

Her Universe-City began as a space for myself, my daughter, and all of our sis'⭐️s—to witness becoming in real time. With the divine feminine as the foundation, I began to feel the divine masculine awaken in the heart as well.

This is a sacred, intentional learning space within Patreon, created for women who value reflection, softness, self-trust, and conscious growth. It's where personal diaries become wisdom, lived experiences become lessons, and spiritual insight is shared with discernment—not performance.

This is not content for consumption.
This is not for your entertainment.
This is for your containment.

A container for integration, healing, and becoming.

This is a call to caregivers—those who understand what the world truly needs right now. If you feel that pull, meet me deeper in what I refer to as the Blog Down Under… a place where I can be more me, without judgment.

And honestly—
if you're still reading,

you're my people 🤍
